To request deletion of specific data while keeping your account active, follow these steps:
We will only process requests sent from the email address registered with your account. This ensures the security of your data and prevents unauthorized modifications.
Essential data for your account operation (email address, username) cannot be deleted without closing the complete account. Some data may be retained for legally required periods (up to 90 days for audit and security purposes).
We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been deleted.
