📋 Account Deletion Process

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

Send an email

Send your request from the same email address you used to register in PlatAI.

Email subject

Use the following subject line: "Account Deletion Request - PlatAI"

Message content

Include in the email body:

Your full name
The email address associated with your account
A brief confirmation that you want to delete your account

⚠️ Important: Identity Verification

We will only process requests sent from the email address registered with your account. This ensures the security of your data and prevents unauthorized deletions.

🗑️ Data that will be permanently deleted:

Personal account information (name, email address)
All recorded transactions (income and expenses)
Custom categories
Shared spaces and their associated data
Saved subscriptions
Settings and preferences
Any other stored personal data

⏱️ Processing Time

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.

❌ This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your data. If you only want to delete some of your information without closing your account, click here.
