By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the PlatAI mobile application ("the Application", "the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and other persons who access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PlatAI is a personal financial management application that allows you to:

• Record and categorize income and expense transactions
• Create and manage personal budgets
• Visualize analyses and trends of your finances
• Manage recurring subscriptions
• Share financial spaces with other users
• Obtain financial recommendations through artificial intelligence (optional)
• Synchronize data across multiple devices

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use PlatAI, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Account Creation and Security

4.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of PlatAI, you must create an account by providing:

• Your name or username

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time by following the process described on our account deletion page.

5. License to Use

5.1 Limited License

PlatAI Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on your personal devices
• Use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms
• Access the Service for your personal and non-commercial use

5.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use the Service to collect information from other users without their consent

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the data and information you enter into PlatAI ("User Content"), including:

• Financial transactions
• Custom categories
• Notes and descriptions
• Settings and preferences

6.2 User Content License

By providing User Content, you grant PlatAI Studio a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Create backup copies of your content
• Display your content within the Application
• Use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service

Important: We will not use your User Content for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service, unless you explicitly authorize it or it is required by law.

7. Artificial Intelligence Features

7.1 PlatAI Advisor

PlatAI offers financial analysis through artificial intelligence ("PlatAI Advisor") as an optional feature. By using this feature:

• You agree that your aggregated financial data may be processed through third-party services to provide AI analysis
• You understand that AI recommendations are suggestions, not professional financial advice
• You acknowledge that the accuracy of recommendations depends on the quality of the data entered

7.2 AI Limitations

• AI responses may contain inaccuracies
• Results may vary depending on the data provided
• We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes
• You are responsible for all financial decisions you make

8. Shared Spaces

8.1 Use of Shared Spaces

PlatAI allows creating shared spaces with other users for collaborative financial management:

• Space administrators can invite or remove members
• All members can view transactions in the shared space
• Permissions are assigned based on user role
• You can leave a shared space at any time

8.2 Responsibility in Shared Spaces

• Be respectful with other space members
• Do not share confidential information in shared spaces
• Only share spaces with trusted people
• Administrators are responsible for managing access appropriately

9. Payments and Subscriptions

9.1 Free Version

PlatAI offers a free version with basic functionalities that you can use indefinitely.

9.2 Premium Features (Future)

We may offer paid premium features in the future. In that case:

• We will notify you in advance of any changes
• Payment terms will be clearly specified
• You can choose not to upgrade and continue using the free version

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 PlatAI Studio Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including:

• The Application source code
• Design, user interface, and user experience
• Trademarks, logos, and trade names
• Algorithms and underlying technology
• Content provided by PlatAI Studio

By using PlatAI, you consent to:

Specifically, PlatAI Studio does not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or operate without interruptions
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service or the server hosting it will be free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations

PlatAI is a financial management tool, NOT a financial advisor. We do not provide:

• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Professional financial planning

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATAI STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss or damage caused by financial decisions based on Service information
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties, including other users
• Security breaches resulting from your negligence

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS AND CURRENT MONTH, OR (B) $100 USD.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlatAI Studio, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

15. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time
• Change features or add new features
• Establish usage or storage limits
• Remove content that violates these Terms

We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

16. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect when:

• We publish the revised Terms in the Application
• We update the "Last updated" date
• We notify you of material changes (if applicable)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service.

17. Termination

17.1 Termination by You

You can stop using the Service at any time. To permanently delete your account, follow the process at plataistudio.com/account/delete-en.

17.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Service fraudulently or illegally
• Your account remains inactive for extended periods
• Required by law
• We discontinue the Service

17.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We will retain your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You may request complete data deletion
• Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive will continue in effect

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18.2 Amicable Resolution

18.3 Jurisdiction

For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

18.4 Limitation Period

Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Otherwise, such cause of action shall be permanently barred.

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlatAI Studio with respect to the Service.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.5 No Employment Relationship

No provision in these Terms shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and PlatAI Studio.

19.6 Survival

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.
